You should choose the mattress that fits your sleep style and the size of your bedroom. Solo sleepers often prefer the Twin or Full sizes.
Couples need a larger mattress, so they tend to choose Queen or King sizes. 
A California King mattress is a good choice for those who are very tall, prefer extra legroom, or have a long, narrow bedroom. It offers 4 inches more length than a standard King, providing ample space to stretch out. While narrower than a King, it still provides enough width for couples and can be a better fit for longer, narrower rooms.

We design our mattresses with different sleep styles in mind:

• Side sleepers typically prefer Memory Foam options for pressure relief at the shoulders and hips. 
• Back sleepers benefit from medium-firm to firm mattresses that support natural spinal alignment. 
• Stomach sleepers often need firmer support, which is why we recommend our 12”, 13" or 14" Hybrid models.

Memory Foam offers excellent motion isolation— the right choice if you want to feel no bounce or motion at all. 

Our Hybrid mattresses have individual pocketed coils that help reduce the motion transfer, and offer a good combination of support and bounce that makes it easier to move around and change positions in bed. They are the active sleepers’s favorite.

Yes! All Hybrid models (12” and above) have breathable designs and cooling materials to help reduce heat.  If you prefer a memory foam mattress, then our 12” Gel Memory Foam is the way to go. 

Yes. All Dreamify mattresses are made with materials that are naturally resistant to dust mites, mold, and other allergens. They’re also CertiPUR-US® certified and free from harmful chemicals.

Our mattresses range from medium to firm, with options designed to suit a variety of sleep preferences. Each model has its own firmness level, clearly indicated on the product page to help you choose the right fit for your needs.

Yes, all our mattresses come with a 10-year Warranty, covering any defects in materials or workmanship.

We choose to offer a 10-year warranty because it reflects the true lifespan of a quality mattress. Most experts recommend replacing your mattress every 7 to 10 years to maintain comfort, hygiene, and proper support. Rather than making unrealistic promises, we provide a clear, reliable guarantee that offers genuine peace of mind.

Yes! You can return unused, unopened mattresses for a full refund, free of charge. Opened mattresses can be returned between Day 30 and Day 365, as long as they’re in good condition and eligible for donation. Remember, we just ask you to try it for 30 days before returning it, as it is the time it takes your body to adjust.

It takes time for your body to adjust to a new mattress, especially if your previous mattress was sagging or broken down–it can take about a month to feel any difference. That’s why we ask you to sleep on it for at least 30 nights before initiating a return. 

We recommend rotating your mattress every 3‑6 months to extend its lifespan. Do not flip it. Using a mattress protector can also help safeguard it from spills and wear. We do not recommend placing your mattress on the floor, plastic base, or any home-made foundation, as they do not offer proper support.

All Dreamify mattresses are designed to support adult weight safely. For heavier individuals or couples, we recommend one of our hybrid models—especially the 13” and 14”—for long-term support and durability.

Only minimally — and most of our customers report no noticeable smell at all.
Our foams are CertiPUR-US® certified, meaning they’re made without harmful chemicals like formaldehyde or ozone depleters. If there is any slight new-mattress scent, it’s non-toxic and typically fades within a few hours.

Dreamify offers two types of mattresses: Memory Foam (including Gel Memory Foam) and Hybrid models. Memory Foam mattresses are available in 10" and 12" heights, while Hybrid models come in a range of heights from 10" to 14" to suit different comfort and support preferences.

Memory foam mattresses offer a soft, cradling sensation and excellent motion isolation. They are best for those who prefer to sink into the mattress for a “hugged” feeling, as well as those who need a still sleeping surface.

Hybrid mattresses combine foam with individually pocketed coils. They feel more supportive and breathable, with better airflow and a bit of bounce. They are typically better for those who prefer sleeping “on” rather than “in” their mattress.

Easy! Your mattress comes rolled in a compact box. Unbox it in your room, remove the plastic, and it will expand on its own. After 24 to 72 hours, it should return to its intended shape and size. We advise you not to sleep on the mattress during that time to allow full decompression. 

Once the plastic is removed from the mattress, it may take 24 to 72 hours to fully decompress. We recommend not using the mattress during this time. It’s important to allow it to regain its shape and intended size before applying any pressure.

No. Minor compressions and folds are normal after unboxing. They will disappear over time.

Yes, our mattresses work with most adjustable bases.

We recommend not to remove covers. To treat mattress stains, start by vacuuming the area to remove loose debris. For fresh stains, blot with a clean cloth.  Add soap. 
For tougher stains, mix hydrogen peroxide, dish soap, and baking soda, or use a mixture of vinegar and water. 
Allow the soap or solution to sit, then blot dry. Finally, sprinkle baking soda to absorb moisture and odors, then vacuum it away. 

At Dreamify, we believe in giving products a second life whenever possible. That’s why, instead of discarding returned mattresses, we partner with trusted local charities to donate them to families in need. This approach not only reduces waste but also helps support our community—turning a return into an opportunity to make a meaningful difference.

To be eligible for donation, a mattress must be sanitary and without stains. We recommend using a mattress protector with our mattresses, especially during the sleep trial. Stains and other soiling, bed bugs, mildew from moisture exposure, and material sagging because of improper use or the wrong foundation can prevent us from donating your mattress. We can’t accept returns for mattresses in these conditions.

We offer all customers a 365-night risk-free sleep trial. From the day you receive your mattress, you’ll have a full year to try it out. Remember, mattress preferences are subjective. We just ask that you try it for at least 30 days to allow your body to adjust before initiating a return. If it isn’t for you, you can return it for a full refund between 30 and 365 days after purchase. To be eligible for a return, your used mattress must be in sanitary condition, free of stains, and used properly with a compatible foundation. We donate all used mattresses to communities in need.
