DREAMIFY (the “Company”) is committed not only to providing exceptional service to consumers, but also to protecting consumers’ privacy and complying with applicable data protection and privacy laws. “DREAMIFY” refers to Nice Ads, LLC, who’s principal office locations is at 5852 S Durango Drive, Suite 105, Las Vegas, Nevada 89113; doing business as DREAMIFY, including all its officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, assigns, predecessors, group of companies, and affiliates, from time to time, are also referred to collectively as “we”, “us”, or “our”. A “Consumer” or “User” is a person who purchases our products or services, uses or registers into our services, enters into a sales promotion or a campaign, visits our Website, or otherwise, interacts with us. “Website” shall include, but is not limited to the domain names: https://dreamify-mattress.com and other domain names operated by the Company’s affiliates, partners, predecessors, and successors.
These Privacy Policy Guidelines (“Guidelines”) are designed to help Consumers understand what kind of information we collect from them (as defined below) in connection with DREAMIFY products and services, and how we use such information. Consumers acknowledge and agree that their Personal Data that is collected may be used in accordance with these Guidelines by and for one or more DREAMIFY companies, which will be regarded, individually or jointly, as data controllers in respect of such data. Throughout these Guidelines the term “Personal Data” means information relating to an identified or identifiable individual (i.e. a natural person).
We typically provide additional privacy related terms in connection with particular DREAMIFY products or services. Such product or service specific terms prevail over the Privacy Policy to the extent of any conflict. Our products or services may also contain links to other companies’ websites and other third-party services that have privacy policies of their own. DREAMIFY is not responsible for the privacy practices or contents of any such third-party services.
Where a consent from a Consumer to the processing of Personal Data described in the Privacy Policy is required under the applicable law, such consent will be obtained by appropriate mechanism such as ticking a box stating Consumer consent, choosing technical settings for a service or website, or other statement or conduct clearly indicating the Consumer’s acceptance to the processing, depending on the product, website, service or application the Consumer is using.
WHAT PERSONAL DATA IS COLLECTED?
At DREAMIFY, we strive to collect only the Personal Data we need. We collect Personal Data typically when a Consumer purchases our products or services, uses or registers into our services, enters into a sales promotion or a campaign, visits our Website, or otherwise interacts with us. Below are examples of the categories of the data we collect from Consumers.
Technical Information
For the most part, Consumers may visit our Websites or use our products or services without having to identify themselves. However, certain technical information is normally collected as a standard part of the Consumer’s use of our services. Such information includes (but is not limited to) the Consumer’s IP-address, access times, the Website Consumer linked from, pages Consumer visited, the links the Consumer use, the ad banners and other content Consumers viewed, information about Consumer devices and other such technical information that the Consumer’s browser provides us with or as may be otherwise collected in connection with certain products and services. When the Consumer uses our services or otherwise interacts with us over telecommunications networks, certain additional information, such as Consumer’s mobile subscription number, may be transmitted to us by the telecommunications operator as a standard part of that communication.
Information Consumer Provides Us
When you engage in certain activities on our Website, such as purchasing merchandise, entering a contest or sweepstakes, signing up for our newsletter, creating and maintaining a user account on our Website (“Account”), filling out a survey, or sending us feedback (individually, each an “Activity;” and collectively, “Activities”), we may ask you to provide certain information. If you choose to share any personal information with us, the amount and type of personal information we request depends on how you participate in an Activity or use the Website.

It is completely optional for you to engage in these Activities. However, if you elect to engage in these Activities, depending upon the Activity you engage in with DREAMIFY, some of the information we ask you to provide is identified as mandatory and some as voluntary. If you do not provide the mandatory data with respect to a particular Activity, you will not be able to engage in that Activity.
Device Information
Internet Protocol (IP) Address (“IP Address”): An IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer every time you browse the Internet. When Users request a page from our Website, our servers log the User’s current IP address. We use IP addresses to help diagnose problems. We do not link IP addresses to any personal information about you.
In addition to your IP address, DREAMIFY may collect device-specific information such as operating system version, device hardware model, other unique device identification information, and mobile device information such as your telephone number. DREAMIFY may associate these pieces of device information with your DREAMIFY Account.
Location Information
We may collect and process information about your actual location, such as GPS signals sent by your mobile device. We may also use other technology to determine your location such as sensor data which may provide information on local cell phone towers or Wi-Fi access points.
Analytics Information
Our Website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses cookies, which are text files placed on your computer, to help our Website analyze how Users use the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the Website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on its servers.
Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the Website, compiling reports on Website activity for Website operators, and providing other services relating to Website activity and internet usage. We use analytics tools from third-parties to measure usage of the Website, traffic trends, and create newsletters. Through the use of these tools, we collect information sent by your device to DREAMIFY, including but not limited to: the various web pages you visit, add-ons, etc.
Note: your collection of information through the use of these analytics tools is such that your information is combined with information from other DREAMIFY Users, thereby making it so we cannot reasonably identify any particular individual DREAMIFY User.

Cookies and More
Our Website uses “Cookie” technology. “Cookies” are encrypted strings of text that a website stores on a User’s computer. Our Website requires the use of a cookie throughout the online reservation process. In addition, a cookie is used to: recognize return visitors, allow registered Users to login without typing their login name each time, store and recall User preferences and identify which of our web pages are most useful for our visitors, measure usage of our Website and the various pages on the Website, and provide functionality and content that we believe would be of interest and value to you.
We utilize various technologies to collect and store information when you visit DREAMIFY, including but not limited to: sending cookies, anonymous identifiers, pixels, or web beacons to your device. These identifiers may also be used when you interact with the Activities we offer to our partners (such as advertising services or DREAMIFY features that may appear on other various websites).
We do not use cookies to gather information concerning your visits to other websites, nor ascertain any personal information about you apart from your dealings with the Website, and your transaction history with DREAMIFY. Cookies do not corrupt or damage your computer or computer files.

Device Identifiers
Anytime you use a mobile device such as a cellular phone or tablet to access DREAMIFY’s Website, we may collect, monitor, access, store on your device, and/or store one or more “device identifiers” remotely. A “device identifier” is a small data file or similar data structure which is associated with or stored on your mobile device. These device identifiers uniquely identify your mobile device and may be stored in connection with device hardware, operating system, or other software.
Your browser automatically reports log file information each and any time you request to visit a web page or app, or you download a webpage or app to your browser or device.
DREAMIFY automatically records certain log file information, including: your web request, IP Address, browser type, exit pages, URLs, number of clicks, your interaction with links on our Websites, domain names, landing pages, pages viewed, etc.
The purpose of collection of such information is to improve DREAMIFY’s, and its Website’s services and Activities, for its Users, clients, and customers.
Data Concerning Minors
DREAMIFY does not seek to collect any information from or engage in any transactions with persons under the legal age in their respective country. Our databases may nevertheless contain Personal Data of children since it is not always possible to determine precisely the age of the User. If we learn that a minor has provided DREAMIFY with personal information, we will use reasonable efforts to remove such information from our files. We reserve the right to block the service from any person who is or whom we reasonably suspect of being a minor. DREAMIFY policy is to request that minors do not make purchases, use our Website, or engage in other legal acts on our products and services without the consent of a parent or legal guardian, unless otherwise permitted by applicable law. If the Consumer is a minor but has the Consumer’s legal guardian’s consent, the Consumer must be able to prove that such consent exists upon request.

DREAMIFY does not knowingly collect any personal identifiable information from children. If you think your child provided this kind of information on our website, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best to promptly remove such information from our records.
Data Retention
We store Consumer Personal Data only for a period necessary for the purpose in question or as long as required by applicable laws.
USE OF PERSONAL DATA
The purpose of our use of your information is so we can provide you and other DREAMIFY Users with the best DREAMIFY and website experience possible. Your information is collected and used to provide you with: more tailored content; more relevant search results and advertisements; more efficient access to your information after you sign into the Website; assistance with remembering information so you need not re-enter it during your next visit to the Website; monitoring of the effectiveness of DREAMIFY and the Website’s services; development and testing of new features, as well as diagnosing and fixing various technological issues; automatic updates to the Website and the DREAMIFY app on your device, etc.
Additionally, we may use your personal information for particular purposes such as marketing research and other marketing purposes and for providing you with the latest promotional information and other information that might be useful to you. We may use your personal information to deliver information to you and to contact you regarding administrative notices. We may share this information with DREAMIFY Affiliates (defined below) or other business partners to support your customer relationship with DREAMIFY.
DREAMIFY may combine Personal Data collected with Consumer use of a particular DREAMIFY product and/or service with other Personal Data.
DREAMIFY may use Personal Data to communicate with Consumers, to provide information relating to our products and/or services Consumers are using or to contact Consumers for customer satisfaction queries. We may use Consumer Personal Data for marketing purposes including using Personal Data for personalized marketing or research purposes in accordance with applicable laws.
DREAMIFY may use Personal Data for profiling/personalization for such purposes as targeted direct marketing and improvement of our products or services. We may also create aggregate and store statistical information based on Consumer Personal Data.
California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) Privacy Rights
Under the CCPA, among other rights, California Consumers have the right to:
- Request that a business that collects a consumer’s personal data disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal data that a business has collected about consumers.
- Request that a business delete any personal data about the consumer that a business has collected.
- Request that a business that sells a consumer’s personal data, not sell the consumer’s personal data.

Nevada Consumer Privacy Rights
Nevada Consumers have the right to opt-out of having their personal information sold to third-parties. DREAMIFY does not sell personal information, but Consumers may contact DREAMIFY if they have any questions or concerns about the use of personal information. If you make a request, we have 60 days to respond to you. If you would like to exercise any of these rights, please contact us.
General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Data Protection Rights
Under the GDPR, every European User is entitled to the following:
- The right to access – You have the right to request copies of your Personal Data. We may charge you a small fee for this service.

SHARING OF PERSONAL DATA
Consumers acknowledge and agree that DREAMIFY may share Consumer Personal Data with businesses which are legally part of the same group of companies which DREAMIFY is part of, or that become part of that group (“Affiliates”). Affiliates may use this information in order to help improve, provide and understand the Activities in which Users participate and Affiliates’ own services and activities.
DREAMIFY does not disclose Personal Data to other companies for marketing purposes without the Consumer’s prior consent.
DREAMIFY may transfer Personal Data to authorized third parties who process Personal Data on behalf of DREAMIFY for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy. Such parties are not permitted to use Consumer Personal Data for any other purposes than for what the Consumer Personal Data was collected, and DREAMIFY requires them to act consistently with applicable laws and the Privacy Policy as well as to use appropriate security measures to protect Consumer Personal Data.
DREAMIFY products and services may be provided using resources and servers located in various countries around the world. Personal data may be transferred outside the country where the Consumer uses our services, including to countries outside the United States and the European Economic Area (EEA), where the level of data protection may not be deemed adequate by the European Commission. In such cases we take steps to ensure that adequate protection of Consumer Personal Data is provided as required by applicable laws.
DREAMIFY may disclose and otherwise process Personal Data in accordance with applicable laws to defend DREAMIFY’s legitimate interests, in civil or criminal proceedings.
The DREAMIFY website relies on a targeted advertising model to generate revenue and provide complimentary access to its Users. DREAMIFY will target advertising based on personal information provided by Users and inferred from Website usage. This may include gender, age, or geographic data. DREAMIFY does not provide any personal information to the advertiser when you view or interact with a targeted advertisement. However, by viewing or interacting with an advertisement you are consenting to the possibility that the advertiser will make the assumption that you meet the targeting criteria used to display the advertisement. We may bundle and share the non-personal information we collect from you and other Users with advertisers, third parties, trusted partners and Affiliates so that they display advertising that better suits the interests of Users of our Website. We may aggregate your personal information with information about others. In that case we will make your information non-personally identifiable by removing your name and other characteristics that would identify it as you. In addition, if any bankruptcy or reorganization proceeding is brought by or against us, such information may be considered an asset of ours and may be sold or transferred to third-parties. SMS NOTIFICATIONS
We may use your mobile phone number to send you Short Message Service (SMS) notifications about making or managing your reservations, cancellations of reservations due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances, upcoming specials and offers, and other company updates. We will only send these messages with your prior express written consent, which you may provide by opting-in during the reservation process, on our website, or by texting a designated keyword to a shortcode we provide.
Standard message and data rates may apply.
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages from us at any time by replying "STOP" to any message you receive from us. You can also manage your notification preferences by visiting our website or contacting us directly. Once you have opted out, we will not send you any more SMS messages, nor will we sell or transfer your phone number to another party.
Please note that opting out of SMS notifications may impact your ability to receive important information about your purchases and upcoming promotions.

DREAMIFY’s Privacy Policy may change from time to time. As a result, please check back periodically and review the Policy.
DREAMIFY may provide you additional forms of notice of changes made to this Privacy Policy as appropriate under the circumstances. However, we will not reduce your rights under this Privacy Policy without your explicit consent.
Your continued use of and participation in the Activities or the Website after any modification to this Privacy Policy will constitute your acceptance of such modification.
