Experience the luxury of a Dreamify mattress every single night. We want you to feel it for yourself—completely risk-free. Our unmatched 365-night trial starts the day your mattress arrives. If you don’t experience your best year of sleep, return it for a full refund, no questions asked. For more details on our trial policy, check below

 

Order Cancellation and Returns

You can cancel your order at any time before it is processed. You can return any of your purchased items for a full refund, minus shipping, state recycling fees, and/or promotional value, as per the specific return policies for each product.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. If you used a discount or offer code, the value of that code will not be refunded if any or all items are returned.

Promotional Items with Mattress Purchase

If you decide to return your mattress, you may choose to keep, return, donate, or dispose of any promotional items included with your purchase. Regardless of your choice, the value of these items will not be deducted from your mattress refund. Due to their nature, we cannot accept opened or used promotional items, but you are welcome to donate or dispose of them at your convenience. We do accept returns of unopened promotional items.

Exchanges

Unless you are exchanging a product due to a manufacturing defect or warranty issue, all exchanges will be processed as returns. Once the returned product is received, you can place a new order for the replacement item. Please note, only one exchange request is allowed, and shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team via our contact form. If your return meets the conditions outlined below, you’ll receive a full refund, less the value of any offer codes, promotional items, or shipping fees.

Return & Exchange Terms

  • Opened mattresses can be returned between 30 and 365 days after delivery. Unopened mattresses are eligible for return at any time after delivery.
  • Mattresses should be in good condition (normal wear and tear is acceptable) and eligible for donation.
  • The mattress must have been used properly, with a suitable base or foundation. Damage caused by misuse (e.g., mold due to improper setup) voids return eligibility.
  • If the mattress remains unopened for 90 days after delivery, it is considered misuse and is ineligible for returns or warranty claims.
  • All required documentation for your return must be submitted within 30 days of your request.
  • Products shipped outside the contiguous U.S. are not eligible for return.

DREAMIFY FOREVER WARRANTY

At Dreamify, we stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our mattresses. That's why we offer a Forever Warranty, ensuring your mattress is protected for as long as you own it. Here’s how it works:

Coverage:

  • Full Coverage for the First 10 Years: If your Dreamify mattress has any defects in materials or workmanship during the first 10 years, we’ll replace or repair it at no cost to you, including free shipping.
  • Lifetime Repair or Replacement: After the first 10 years, if your mattress develops any issues due to manufacturing defects, we will repair or replace it for a processing fee.

What’s Covered:

  • Indentations: Visible sagging or indentations greater than 1.5 inches, not caused by an improper foundation.
  • Physical Flaws: Any manufacturing defects in the mattress cover or foam.
  • Broken Components: Defects in the springs or foam structure of the mattress.

What’s Not Covered:

  • Normal Wear and Tear: Gradual softening or minor indentations less than 1.5 inches.
  • Damage from Improper Use: Issues caused by using the wrong foundation or damage from mishandling.
  • Personal Comfort Preferences: Changes in firmness preference or comfort level.

How to Make a Claim:

To file a warranty claim, simply contact our customer service team using our contact form with your original proof of purchase and photos of the issue. We’ll work with you to either repair or replace your mattress.
