Experience the luxury of a Dreamify mattress every single night. We want you to feel it for yourself—completely risk-free. Our unmatched 365-night trial starts the day your mattress arrives. If you don’t experience your best year of sleep, return it for a full refund, no questions asked. For more details on our trial policy, check below

 

Order Cancellation and Returns

You can cancel your order at any time before it is processed. You can return any of your purchased items for a full refund, minus shipping, state recycling fees, and/or promotional value, as per the specific return policies for each product.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. If you used a discount or offer code, the value of that code will not be refunded if any or all items are returned.

Promotional Items with Mattress Purchase

If you decide to return your mattress, you may choose to keep, return, donate, or dispose of any promotional items included with your purchase. Regardless of your choice, the value of these items will not be deducted from your mattress refund. Due to their nature, we cannot accept opened or used promotional items, but you are welcome to donate or dispose of them at your convenience. We do accept returns of unopened promotional items.

Exchanges

Unless you are exchanging a product due to a manufacturing defect or warranty issue, all exchanges will be processed as returns. Once the returned product is received, you can place a new order for the replacement item. Please note, only one exchange request is allowed, and shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team via our contact form. If your return meets the conditions outlined below, you’ll receive a full refund, less the value of any offer codes, promotional items, or shipping fees.

Return & Exchange Terms

  • Opened mattresses can be returned between 30 and 365 days after delivery. Unopened mattresses are eligible for return at any time after delivery.
  • Mattresses should be in good condition (normal wear and tear is acceptable) and eligible for donation.
  • The mattress must have been used properly, with a suitable base or foundation. Damage caused by misuse (e.g., mold due to improper setup) voids return eligibility.
  • If the mattress remains unopened for 90 days after delivery, it is considered misuse and is ineligible for returns or warranty claims.
  • All required documentation for your return must be submitted within 30 days of your request.
  • Products shipped outside the contiguous U.S. are not eligible for return.

10-Year Warranty Policy

Applicable Products: This warranty applies to all Dreamify mattresses.

Warranty Coverage

At Dreamify Mattress, we are committed to the quality and durability of our products. Each Dreamify Mattress comes with a 10-Year Limited Warranty, providing protection against manufacturing defects and material or workmanship issues for the first decade of ownership by the original buyer.

Eligibility

This warranty is available exclusively to the original owner, defined as the individual who purchased the mattress directly from Dreamify Mattress or an authorized retailer. Retaining proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required to validate warranty claims.

If the mattress is transferred or resold, the warranty is voided. Subsequent owners accept the mattress in its existing condition, sold "as-is" and "with all faults."

Covered Issues

This warranty is valid for Dreamify Mattresses purchased directly or from an authorized retailer, covering the following defects within the warranty period:

  • Indentations: Permanent depressions exceeding 1.5 inches that are not the result of using an inappropriate or unsupportive bed base or frame. A suitable foundation, adjustable base, or frame must continuously support the mattress.
  • Foam Damage: Splits, cracks, or other deterioration of the foam under regular use and proper care.
  • Cover Defects: Flaws in stitching or assembly of the mattress cover.

Repaired or replaced mattresses will continue to be covered for the remainder of the original 10-year period.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Mattresses with removed, damaged, or tampered covers.
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accidents, including the use of an improper base or frame.
  • Gradual changes in foam softness that do not impact the mattress's performance.
  • Personal comfort preferences or dissatisfaction with firmness levels.
  • Physical damage such as burns, tears, liquid stains, or discoloration.
  • Mattresses sold as "used," "preconditioned," "as-is," or similar terms, except as required by law.
  • Shipping costs for replacements to locations outside the contiguous United States, Alaska, or Hawaii.

Warranty Process

  1. Coverage Period: If your mattress is determined to be defective within 10 years, Dreamify will repair, re-cover, or replace it free of charge.
  2. Shipping Fees: A transportation fee of $100 each way may apply but will be waived if the defect is confirmed.

Customer Responsibilities

To maintain warranty eligibility:

  • Use the mattress with a compatible foundation or bed frame designed to support its weight and that of its users.
  • Keep proof of purchase to verify ownership.
  • Provide the mattress or its cover for inspection, if requested.

Filing a Warranty Claim

To submit a claim, contact our Warranty Team with the following:

  • Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation).
  • A description of the issue, including photos if applicable.

Limitations and Disclaimers

This warranty provides specific legal rights and may vary based on your state or jurisdiction.

To the extent permitted by law:

  • This warranty replaces all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a specific purpose.
  • Dreamify Mattress's liability is limited to repairing, replacing, or refunding the original purchase price.
  • Dreamify Mattress is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages, such as lost use or replacement costs.

Note: Some states do not allow exclusions or limitations on implied warranties or incidental damages, so these exclusions may not apply to you.

Arbitration Agreement

Any disputes regarding this warranty will be resolved via binding arbitration in Las Vegas, NV, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Both parties are responsible for their own costs, and arbitration decisions are final.

Governing Law

This warranty is governed by the laws of Nevada and subject to applicable federal and state laws.
